PassionNet is a virtual summer program for middle school students to explore social issues and develop new skills. Our programs, known as “clubs,” are student-centered, meaning students pursue topics and projects of their choosing with the support of PassionNet mentors. Clubs typically last six weeks and culminate in a final symposium, where students share the collaborative projects they’ve created. PassionNet clubs are free, and all middle schoolers are welcome to apply.

Our mentors are university students and recent graduates who are passionate about education and social change. Our goal is to help middle school students discover their own passions through mentorship and collaboration. We follow the lead of our students and develop all of our programming around their interests. In doing so, we hope to support middle schoolers in becoming leaders in their communities.
